Once your deposit is processed:

• You’ll receive a personal welcome email within 24 hours.

• We’ll send you all next steps, including information on final payments or paymeant play, travel tips, what to bring, and how to prepare.

• You’ll officially be part of the LUMINA 2025 Sisterhood!

• Deposit due at booking to secure your spot.

• Remaining balance can be paid in full or through a payment plan.

• Final balance is due by June 30, 2025.

YES! We offer flexible payment plans. After your deposit:

• You can choose a weekly/fortnightly or monthly payments.

• We’ll work with you to create a timeline that feels manageable and supportive.

• No additional fees for payment plans.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your space for this intimate retreat.

However, if an emergency arises, we’ll do our best to work with you — (we understand life happens) — including offering credit toward future events if applicable.

Your 7-day transformative journey includes accommodation, organic meals, dinners & cafes, gym, ceremonies, workshops, transport, spa visits, waterfall trips, gifts, and more..

Of course! If you’re coming with a friend, sister, or partner, you can note it in your booking form or email us, and we’ll make sure you’re paired together.

We’ve got you! Meals are organic, made-to-order, and can be tailored for vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-specific needs. Just let us know your preferences. All will be included in your info packs emails for all your needs.

Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat.

• Once your deposit is received, your place is confirmed and held exclusively for you.

• The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, we deeply understand that life happens — if you need to cancel, we will do our best to work with you to apply your deposit toward a future retreat or event, at our discretion.

Payment Plans & Final Payment

• Payment plans are available. Please reach out if you would like to arrange one.

• Full payment is due no later than June 30, 2025.

• If the final balance is not received by this date, your spot may be forfeited and offered to someone else without a refund of the deposit. (contact and notice will always be made in appropriate time frames)

• 6 nights / 7 days accommodation at Nunu Retreat Bali (room of your choice)

• 3 nourishing, organic meals per day (made-to-order with dietary options)

• All retreat workshops, ceremonies, and daily activities

• Airport pickup and group transportation

Not Included

• Flights to and from Bali

• Personal travel insurance (Recommended)

• Visa fees if applicable

• Extra personal expenses (outside of retreat offerings)

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• If you cancel after paying your final balance, a refund (minus your deposit) may be offered only if we can fill your spot with another participant.

• If the retreat is canceled by us for any unforeseen reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Participant Responsibility

• Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment in case of emergencies, trip cancellations, or unexpected changes.

• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas or entry requirements for travel to Indonesia. (We will provide all information necessary via info email)

• You agree to honour the group container with respect, kindness, and confidentiality.

• Participation in any physical activities (yoga, breathwork, movement, excursions) is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your own health and well-being during the retreat.

Other Important Notes

• This retreat is women-only and is designed to be a safe, nurturing, and supportive space for emotional healing and transformation.

• By signing up, you acknowledge and accept that deep emotional and energetic work can be sensitive, and you are participating at your own discretion and responsibility.
